Ceramics are fragile, so we ship only USPS Priority and carefully package each item to ensure safe delivery.
 
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Photos of the item (s)  and the box will be required for a claim.
 
Returns/Cancellations:
