Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to You

At Ceramique Ceramic Studios, we understand that plans sometimes change. Our goal is to provide flexibility whenever reasonably possible while also ensuring fairness to all guests and protecting the time, staffing, materials, and preparation required for our classes, workshops, private parties, and special events.

Whenever possible, Ceramique Ceramic Studios will work with guests to reschedule reservations or provide studio credit in accordance with the policies outlined below. Because many of our experiences require advance planning and limited seating, refunds are limited and are subject to the specific terms of this policy.

2. Walk-In Pottery

Walk-in pottery painting does not require a reservation unless otherwise noted for a special event.

Once painting has begun, pottery purchases are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.
Guests who need additional time to complete their pottery are welcome to return during regular studio hours to finish their piece, subject to studio availability.
Pottery left in the studio for completion will be held in accordance with our Pottery Pickup Policy outlined in our Guest Guide & Studio Policies.
If Ceramique Ceramic Studios must close unexpectedly due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, guests may return on another day to complete their pottery at no additional charge.

3. Private Parties

Private party reservations require a non-refundable $150 registration fee to reserve your date and time. This registration fee is applied toward your final party balance.

If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact Ceramique Ceramic Studios as soon as possible.

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule a private party should be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
When at least 72 hours' notice is provided, the registration fee may be transferred to a new available date or converted to studio credit.
Rescheduled parties are subject to studio availability.
Changes requested with less than 72 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the registration fee, unless otherwise approved by Ceramique Ceramic Studios.
Final payment is due in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking.
Guest count changes should be communicated as soon as possible to allow us to prepare materials and staffing.

4. Workshops & Classes

Our workshops and classes require advance planning, staffing, and preparation of materials. Because seating is limited, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Registration fees and tickets for workshops and classes are non-refundable.
Guests who notify Ceramique Ceramic Studios at least 10 days before the scheduled workshop, class, or specialty event may transfer their registration to another available date, transfer their reservation to another person, or receive studio credit for future use.
Requests received with less than 10 days' notice are not eligible for transfers or studio credit.
Transfers are subject to availability and may not be available for all workshops or specialty events.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person for the same workshop, class, or specialty event. Please notify Ceramique Ceramic Studios in advance so we can update our attendance records.
If a participant does not attend a workshop or class without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the registration fee will be forfeited.
If Ceramique Ceramic Studios must cancel a workshop or class due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered the option to transfer to another available date or receive studio credit. Please refer to the Weather & Studio Closures section of this policy for additional information.

5. Studio Credits

When eligible under this policy, Ceramique Ceramic Studios may issue studio credit in place of a refund.

Studio credits:

May be used toward future eligible purchases, classes, workshops, specialty events, or private parties.
Are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Ceramique Ceramic Studios.
Have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Must be used within eight (8) months of the date of issue.
May not be combined with certain promotions or discounts, where restrictions apply.

Studio credits are issued at the discretion of Ceramique Ceramic Studios and are intended to provide guests with the opportunity to enjoy a future creative experience when circumstances prevent them from attending a scheduled reservation.

6. No-Shows

If a guest does not attend a scheduled class, workshop, specialty event, private party, or other reserved experience without providing advance notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show.

Because staffing, seating, and materials are prepared in advance, no-shows are not eligible for refunds, studio credits, or rescheduling.

If circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact us. While no-shows are generally not eligible for studio credit or rescheduling, we may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7. Weather & Studio Closures

The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. Occasionally, weather conditions, power outages, facility issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control may require Ceramique Ceramic Studios to delay, reschedule, or cancel studio activities.

If Ceramique Ceramic Studios cancels a class, workshop, specialty event, private party, or other scheduled experience, guests will be offered one of the following options:

Transfer to another available date, when applicable.
Receive studio credit valid for eight (8) months.

Ceramique Ceramic Studios will make every reasonable effort to notify affected guests as soon as possible using the contact information provided at the time of booking.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to the Gift Card Policy outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Gift cards:

Are valid for eight (8) months from the date of purchase.
Are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
May not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
May be used toward eligible purchases and may be combined with other valid Ceramique Ceramic Studios gift cards during a single transaction.
