2. Bookings, Reservations & Payments

Ceramique Ceramic Studios offers online booking for classes, workshops, private parties, special events, and other studio experiences through our website.

By making a reservation or purchasing a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to pay all applicable fees associated with your booking.

Payments made through our website or in our studio are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms and privacy practices of those payment providers.

All reservations, cancellations, studio credits, rescheduling requests, and any applicable refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy...

3. Gift Cards

Ceramique Ceramic Studios gift cards make a wonderful gift and may be used toward eligible purchases, classes, workshops, events, private parties, and pottery, unless otherwise noted.

Please note the following:

Gift cards are valid for eight (8) months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or altered gift cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Any remaining balance will remain on the gift card until the expiration date.
Ceramique Ceramic Studios reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the use of a gift card if fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone, customers agree to use our website, services, and studio in a respectful and responsible manner.

By visiting Ceramique Ceramic Studios or participating in our classes, workshops, events, private parties, or other studio experiences, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information when making reservations or purchases.
Follow the instructions of Ceramique Ceramic Studios staff.
Treat fellow guests, staff, studio equipment, and artwork with courtesy and respect.

Accept responsibility for any intentional or unintentional damage to studio property or the artwork of others caused by you or members of your party.

Ceramique Ceramic Studios reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise violates our Guest Guide & Studio Policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceramique Ceramic Studios shall not be responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from the misuse of studio materials or equipment, failure to follow staff instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
