Create A Witch Hat Luminary

Discover the creative experience of handbuilding with clay at Ceramique Ceramic Studios using the Slab Technique, as we build and decorate a witch hat. During this beginner-friendly class, instructor Arkady Thompson will guide you step by step as you transform clay into witch hat and decorate with your own design. You’ll learn basics of slab techniques while building your own unique witch hat.

No previous clay experience is needed. This small-group class is designed to provide plenty of personal instruction and time to create.

Your $65 registration includes:

• Guided 2½-hourguided handbuilding class

• Enough clay to create your witch hat.

• All tools and supplies

• Drying and 2- kiln firings.

You have the choice to return to paint using the colors available (a fee apply) , or clear-glazed natural finish by staff.

• Support from an experienced clay instructor

After the class, your project will remain at Ceramique to dry for approximately one week before its first kiln firing. Drying time may vary because each piece is handmade.

After the first firing, you can choose to have us glaze and fire it again at no charge, or glaze in the color of your choice for an additional $10.00
